Luoyi Huang is a Lab Manager and a Senior Research Technician at the INSIGHT Lab.

Luoyi received a bachelor’s degree in Cognitive Science and Psychology from UC Berkeley and a M.S.Ed in Interdisciplinary Studies in Human Development from the University of Pennsylvania. Luoyi’s research interest lies in the development of higher-order cognition in infants and children, including conceptual development, social cognition, and metacognition. She is also interested in contextual and environmental influences on child development. In the future, Luoyi is interested in applying to Ph.D. programs in Developmental Psychology and continuing her passion in the realm of cognitive development.
